Cancellation Policy: The stylist’s time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that you respect that time by kindly notifying us of appointment cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to cancel your appointment within that time frame the following fees will be incurred:
24 hours or more in advance: no fee.
Less than 24 hours in advance: Color appointments or head spa $50/ Hair cuts 50% of the cost of services booked.
Extensions: 50% of the cost of services booked.
No show: 100% of the cost of services booked.
